1. 30-Day Standard Return Policy (Global)

We offer a 30-day return policy for general orders, which means you have 30 days after receiving your physical item to request a return.

To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, unaltered, with all original tags attached, and completely in its original packaging. You will also be required to provide the receipt, invoice, or alternative proof of purchase.

5. Exchanges

The most efficient method to swap an item is to return your original purchase using the steps outlined above. Once your return is accepted and checked into our facility, you can independently place a brand-new order for the desired item through our online store interface.

6. Refunds & Reimbursements

We will notify you immediately via email once we have received, processed, and inspected your returned package. We will inform you whether the refund has been formally approved or declined based on item condition.

  • Timeline: If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving the item (or proof of your having sent it back).

  • Banking Processing Delay: Please be advised that banking institutions and credit card issuers can introduce variable internal processing delays before a credited balance updates on your statement.
