This Privacy Policy describes how letech.store (the “Site”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by KRYTEX GROUP s.r.o., collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit, utilize our services, or make a purchase from the Site.

A. Device & Technical Information

  • Purpose of Collection: To load the Site accurately, optimize responsive design parameters, and perform advanced analytics on usage trends to improve our store layout.

  • Source of Collection: Collected automatically when you access our Site using functional cookies, log files, web beacons, pixels, and server-side tracking mechanisms.

B. Order & Transaction Information

  • Purpose of Collection: To fulfill our sales contract with you, process secure payments, arrange physical shipping and logistical delivery, emit legally required tax invoices, provide automated order tracking updates, screen transactions for localized fraud/risk indicators, and—where explicitly consented to—deliver marketing materials.

  • Source of Collection: Provided directly by you during the checkout phase.

  • Disclosure for a Business Purpose: Shared with our processor Shopify, payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), and designated shipping/postal carriers.

  • Data Collected: Legal name, billing address, shipping address, email address, telephone number, and payment card processing tokens (credit card numbers are managed securely via PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors and are never stored in plain text on our servers).

C. Customer Support Information

  • Purpose of Collection: To address inquiries, resolve delivery anomalies, handle warranty/return requests, and provide ongoing technical and consumer assistance.

  • Source of Collection: Collected directly from you when you submit a contact form, chat query, or message to our email support channel.

  • Disclosure for a Business Purpose: Shared with customer relationship management tools or communication service providers integrated with Shopify.

  • Data Collected: Name, email address, order history, communication transcripts, and any supplementary context you provide to resolve your issue.

3. Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally or knowingly collect Personal Information from children. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Your Personal Information will be initially processed within the European Economic Area (EEA) and then transferred outside of Europe for structural storage and further technical optimization, including to Canada and the United States via approved standard contractual clauses (SCCs) to ensure equivalent legal protection frameworks.

Pursuant to Article 6 of the GDPR, if you are a resident of the European Economic Area, we rely on the following distinct legal bases to process your personal data:

  1. Performance of a Contract: Processing is mandatory to fulfill our contractual obligations to deliver goods or services you have purchased.

  2. Consent: Where you have granted explicit, unambiguous consent (such as checking a box to receive email newsletters or approving non-essential cookies via our consent banner).

  3. Legal Obligation: Processing required to ensure compliance with Slovak corporate accounting regulations, tax legislation, and consumer protection codes.

  4. Legitimate Interests: To protect our platform from cyber threats, mitigate transaction fraud, optimize layout performance, and conduct necessary business operations that do not override your core fundamental privacy rights.

7. Data Retention & Erasure

When you execute an order through our digital store, your transaction details are safely maintained within our corporate financial database to fulfill legal bookkeeping, corporate auditing, and tax responsibilities under Slovak law. We store this information unless and until you explicitly request its complete erasure under your "Right to be Forgotten."

8. Automated Decision-Making

If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to object to processing based solely on automated decision-making (which includes profiling), when that decision-making has a legal effect on you or otherwise significantly affects you.


 

  • We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data.


     

  • Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making parameters strictly to prevent enterprise fraud (such as temporary IP address and card blacklists following multiple failed transactions), which does not have permanent legal effects on you.


     

9. Selling Personal Information (CCPA / United States)

Our company does not sell customer Personal Information to third-party data brokers or marketing aggregators in exchange for financial consideration, as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or other US state privacy laws. Any sharing of technical identifiers with analytics and ad platforms is restricted to data processing services for the optimization of our own storefront ads.

10. Your Rights Under the GDPR

If you are a resident of the European Union or the EEA, you possess the following core statutory data protection rights:

  • Right of Access: You can request a digital copy of all personal data we currently hold about you.

  • Right to Rectification: You can request that any incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information be updated or corrected immediately.

  • Right to Data Portability: You can request your data be exported in a clean, machine-readable format to move to an alternative service.
