SURFACE PREPARATION
The process of colouring leather consists of several significant steps that are to be carefully followed in order to get a high-quality result.
Leather surface must be thoroughly cleaned using the Leather Ultimate Cleaner to get rid of dust, dirt and foreign particles.
In case there is strong contamination in the leather, such as grease or oil, it is necessary to extract the contamination using the Leather Degreaser.
In case of damage of the colourant coat, it is necessary to remove the damaged old coat with the Leather Solvent Cleaner or the Leather Prep.
After the thorough cleaning and surface preparation, the leather must be cleaned and degreased by the Leather Alcohol Cleaner, and the Leather Primer mixed with the Cross Linker X (5-10% of the mixture) must be applied.
The further steps include the application of the Leather Colourant and the Leather Top Coat.
