Description
The Leather Binder is a unique polymer product that can be used to strengthen leather with damaged inner structures and disheveled fibers.
The binder penetrates between the leather fibers, binding them and thus strengthening the worn leather. The product significantly increases the strength of leather, which makes the restoration of the leather item better quality and more durable.
The product is tested on a thin and heavily worn piece of leather that could be easily torn manually. After the treatment with the Leather Binder, it has become a difficult task to tear the piece of leather.

The Leather Binder allows to sand the worn leather. After the strengthening of the fibres, you can sand the leather that would become even worse without such treatment.

Instructions
The Leather Binder can be applied using a sponge or brush onto the surface of heavily worn leather. Try to avoid foaming during the application process.
After the application, the Leather Binder dries within several minutes with a hair drier or a heat gun at 40-60 °C to avoid rapid vaporization of the product. If necessary, apply several layers of the product drying the previous layer before the application of the next one. After drying, the product becomes transparent and the surface can be sanded.
After the application of the the Leather Binder, you can move on to the following steps of leather restoration. Repair of deep damage (Leather Heavy Filler), colouring leather (Leather Colourant) and finishing (Leather Top Coat).
